Job description
Production Team MemberWonder Press Juice We are looking for a Production Team Member to become part of our friendly atmosphere and join our enthusiastic team. We believe in using the highest quality ingredients and sustainable practices to create food and beverages that nourish the body and mind. We are passionate about providing our customers with the freshest, most delicious juices and foods possible.ResponsibilitiesExecute all aspects of production process, including ingredient prep, recipe execution, and inventory managementImplement and execute daily juice and food production plansMaintenance and care of production equipment and toolsAccurately weigh and measure ingredients to ensure consistent product quality.Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areasClearly communicate needs or issues with managersAssist with quality control procedures, including taste testing and product inspections.When needed, greet customers to make them feel comfortable and welcomeDemonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu itemsFollow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipmentWork as a team to prepare for each shiftAct with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture of Wonder PressMaintain regular and consistent attendance and punctualityContribute to a positive team environmentKnowledge/Skills/RequirementsImpeccable organization and planning skillsAbility to work in a fast paced environmentTeam oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethicAbility to lift up to 50 poundsFlexible availabilityAbility to work nights, weekends and holidaysPassion for healthy food and a strong interest in natural products.Experience in food production or a related field preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.Food safety certification a plus.ExperiencePrevious service industry and kitchen experience preferredBenefitsCompetitive salaryOpportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic companyOpportunity to learn and grow within the companyDiscounts on WONDER PRESS productsAbout Wonder Press:Founded in Boulder in 2013, we are a locally owned and operated business committed to providing clean, healthy, and nutritious options to our community.
