Job description
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
Manage a docket of cases to resolution
Prepare clients for depositions, attend depositions, and handle invoicing related to depositions
Respond to client inquiries requiring attorney negotiations and advance matters toward resolution
Maintain responsiveness to incoming emails and phone calls
Provide direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed
Contribute positively to the workplace and lead non-attorneys by example
Participate in team events during and after work hours
Provide feedback to management to enhance firm performance for clients
About You
The company is looking for:
California State Bar admitted attorneys, preferably residing in California
Newly barred attorneys are encouraged to apply
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Doctors' deposition experience preferred
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good standing with the California State Bar
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000
