Position SummaryThe Junior Service Advisor is an entry-level role designed for individuals with strong customer service skills who want to learn the automotive repair process. This position supports senior advisors and assists customers with scheduling, communication, and basic service coordination.No prior automotive experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers in person and over the phoneAssist with scheduling appointments and vehicle drop-offsSupport service advisors with repair updates and documentationCommunicate basic repair information and timelines to customersMaintain accurate customer and repair recordsHelp manage daily front-desk workflowDeliver a friendly, professional customer experienceLearn shop systems, repair processes, and service procedures
