Job description
Secure Net Lease is looking for Junior Brokers and Analysts to work in a fast-paced commercial real estate investment sales environment. This is a great position to get an inside look at the commercial real estate brokerage world, from both the administrative and sales perspectives. The position is ideal for someone who seeks a career as a commercial real estate professional and would like to ultimately grow and transition into a deal-making role.
Secure Net Lease is a highly reputable boutique investment real estate sales brokerage firm. We have a nationwide platform with offices in Dallas and Los Angeles (South Bay). We currently have opportunities available in our Dallas office.
Responsibilities
Market research and data entry
Assisting with preparation for client meetings
Assembling property valuations
Preparing marketing packages
Other office tasks as needed
Outbound calls
Qualifications
College degree is strongly preferred
Must be willing to work towards having a Real Estate License or already have a Real Estate License
Must be very comfortable learning and utilizing new technology systems
Previous experience in market research or other related fields
Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work well in teams
Must be available to work during regular office hours (8am-6pm, Mon-Fri)
Must have an interest in real estate
