Job description
Remote People, partnering with a leading Am Law 20 firm, seeks a high-performing Junior Capital Markets Associate for its Los Angeles office. Ideal candidate is a JD from a U.S. law school, with 2023–2025 grads preferred, and current or recent experience in capital markets or corporate practice at a peer BigLaw firm.
Relocation to Los Angeles is welcome, start within 4–6 weeks. You will work on a broad range of capital markets matters, including IPOs, follow‑on offerings, debt and equity
