Commercial Litigation Associate (Junior) - Chicago
Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-3 years of litigation experience to join their Commercial Litigation practice group in Chicago, Illinois.
Compensation
Base pay range : $235,000.00/yr - $260,000.00/yr
The estimated salary range for this position is $235,000 - $260,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.

Responsibilities
Assist in all phases of commercial litigation matters, including drafting briefs and motions, handling fact and expert discovery, and engaging in deposition and trial preparation.
Assume significant responsibility in the management of matters, and maintain a front-facing role with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
Qualifications
2-3 years of litigation experience
Experience drafting briefs and motions, handling fact and expert discovery, and engaging in deposition and trial preparation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a track record of insightful research and analysis, and persuasive writing abilities
Ability to assume significant responsibility in the management of matters, and ability to take on a front-facing role with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts
JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
Admitted to the Illinois State Bar (and in good standing)
