If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Junior Contact Center DeveloperDay to Day Job DutiesDevelop and maintain contact center applications, integrations, and automation solutions.Support contact center platforms, telephony systems, IVR workflows, call routing, and related technologies.Assist in integrating contact center solutions with CRM, customer service, and backend business applications.Develop and support REST APIs, data exchanges, and system integrations.Create automation scripts using Python and other scripting technologies to improve operational efficiency.Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support for business users.Participate in testing, deployment, and release activities.Monitor application performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles.Collaborate with business, operations, infrastructure, and vendor teams to deliver enhancements and resolve issues.Basic Qualifications3+ years of experience in software development, application support, or contact center technologies.3+ years of experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.Understanding of APIs, web services, and system integrations.Basic knowledge of SQL and data management concepts.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with contact center platforms such as Genesys, Amazon Connect, Five9, NICE CXone, or similar technologies.Exposure to VoIP, PBX, IVR, call routing, or telephony integrations.Experience with Node.js, REST APIs, and cloud-based applications.Familiarity with AWS services, automation tools, and scripting technologies.Knowledge of CRM platforms and customer support workflows.Exposure to AI-powered customer service, chatbots, or voice automation solutions.Technical SkillsPythonJavaScript / Node.jsREST APIsSQL DatabasesGit / Source ControlApplication IntegrationContact Center TechnologiesTelephony & VoIP FundamentalsTroubleshooting & Production SupportKey CompetenciesCustomer-first mindsetProblem solving and analytical thinkingCollaboration and teamworkContinuous learningStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $75,168.00 to $130,500.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits
