Job description
Goodwin Procter LLP in Santa Monica seeks a highly qualified junior associate to join our Debt Finance group. The candidate should have experience representing private equity sponsors and/or banks in term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.
Knowledge of credit agreements and collateral documents is essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
