Job description
Brooklyn Defender Services (BDS) is hiring an Entry Level Staff Attorney for the Family Defense Practice in Brooklyn, NY. This full-time position targets rising 3Ls, judicial clerks, and recent graduates for Fall 2027, with a salary of $99,000 annually.
Under supervision, you will work with interdisciplinary teams to represent parents facing removal in Brooklyn Family Court, including hearings, appeals, and collaboration with other practice areas to ensure holistic services.
