nLaunch your advisory career with M&T Bank. We're seeking a licensed banker or early-career advisor to grow within the Western Sussex County market-partnering with a top-producing Senior Advisor while building your own book through a strong referral network.
nWhat You'll Do:
nnnBuild client relationships through referrals and branch partnerships
n
nnDeliver investment and insurance solutions
n
nnSupport portfolio reviews and client lifecycle management
n
nnPartner across Retail, Business Banking, and Wealth teams
n
n nWhat You Bring:
nnnBanking, sales, or client-facing experience (licensed preferred)
n
nnStrong relationship-building skills and growth mindset
n
n nLicenses (or willing to obtain):
nnnSeries 7, 63, and 65/66
n
nnLife/Variable Insurance
n
n nExperience Required:
nnnBachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' sales, sales administration, financial services, and/or retail banking experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years' sales, sales administration, financial services, and/or retail banking experience
n
nnFINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 or 66 licenses
n
nnPertinent state Life/Variable Insurance (LAH) licenses
n
