Job description
Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an entry-level associate (class of 2027) to join the Business Law Department, Fund Formation & Investment Management (FFIM) Practice Group in our Boston or New York offices in the fall of 2027. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting skills and be comfortable collaborating with partners, senior counsels, and clients.
Qualified candidates will have experience in corporate law, banking/finance, or financial regulation, with summer associate experience
