Junior Human Resources Analyst - Systems & Reporting
Location: Tampa, FL
Base Salary: $65,000–$80,000, based on experience
Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days per week in office
Ray Thomas is partnering with a leading national law firm seeking a Junior Human Resources Analyst to support its HR systems and reporting team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and learning new systems.

Responsibilities
Respond to ad hoc data requests and prepare scheduled reports for HR teams, including Recruiting and Compensation
Present data clearly and accurately
Troubleshoot HR system issues and resolve help desk tickets
Assist with data audits, testing, and validation
Maintain system documentation and support process improvements
Qualifications
1+ year of Workday or comparable HRIS experience
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information systems, computer science, human resources, or business administration
Basic understanding of HRIS functional areas
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and handle confidential information
Excel, data analysis, and audit experience preferred
ServiceNow experience is a plus
Prior law firm experience is not required
