About the Role
HIRING: Jr. HR Generalist New Haven County, CT (oniste) Do you enjoy being the person employees turn to for help and bringing people together? My client, a family-friendly manufacturing firm, is looking for an HR Coordinator who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is happy to support both HR and day-to-day office needs. Working closely with the HR Manager, you’ll get involved in:
Responsibilities
Recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and new-hire onboarding
Payroll/HRIS updates, employee records, and reporting
Benefits and leave administration
Training coordination and compliance tracking
Employee celebrations, company events, and recognition programs
Office coordination, supplies, scheduling, and administrative support

Required Skills
3+ years of relevant HR experience
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Discretion when handling confidential information
Microsoft Office skills; ADP payroll/HRIS experience preferred
Manufacturing experience and English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
