Job description
Finn Dixon & Herling LLP seeks an attorney to assist in forming private investment funds, draft fund documents, and coordinate closings in a hybrid Stamford setting. You will support investor negotiations and ensure securities law compliance while conducting fund-related regulatory research.
The role requires 2–3 years in fund formation with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, and strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills to manage deadlines effectively.
