We are seeking a talented JuniorLegal Counsel to join our dynamic team.
Requirements
To succeed in the role, you will have:
1+ year of experience (experience in gambling will be a plus)
Knowledge of AML procedures is a big plus
A keen eye for detail
Excellent academic credentials in law
Fast learner
Initiative and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters and to think creatively to solve different legal issues
Hard-working, well-organized, and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under pressure
Upper-Intermediate English (including legal drafting)
Native or fluent Ukrainian
What will you be doing?
Day-to-day legal support to the business, with a primary focus on contracts, NDAs, due diligence, employee-related legal matters, document compliance and legal operations
Drafting and revising contracts, internal policies, and other legal documents
Conducting compliance checks on partners
Registering trade marks
Assisting with research and analysis of potential legal risks in the company’s jurisdictions of operations
Assisting with implementing legal compliance across business operations (data protection, marketing, payment, consumer rights, etc.)
Communicating with business partners, law firms, and service providers from a variety of jurisdictions
