Job Description Job Description We are seeking a motivated Junior Manufacturing Engineer to support aerospace manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
This entry-level position will help develop and improve manufacturing processes while supporting AS9100 requirements, on-time delivery, configuration management, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate manufacturing processes using product drawings, specifications, machining methods, materials, and tooling.
Review drawings and engineering documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Identify opportunities to improve workflow, manufacturing efficiency, equipment layout, quality, and production processes.
Support configuration management, Engineering Change Records (ECRs), MRB activities, and corrective actions.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Programs, Purchasing, Planning, and Material Control.
Track project progress, identify potential delays, and communicate updates to management.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing best practices.

What We Are Looking For
Entry-level knowledge or experience in engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace.
Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to read and work with engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Epicor Vantage experience is a plus.
Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, EAR, and ITAR requirements is preferred.
