We are looking for a Junior Marketing Associa te to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop professional skills in marketing, customer engagement, sales support, and campaign execution. You'll gain hands-on experience working with consumers, supporting promotional initiatives, and contributing to client success in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the execution of retail marketing and customer engagement campaigns
Interact directly with customers to provide product information, answer questions, and support brand awareness
Represent client brands professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience
Support sales and marketing objectives by helping drive customer participation and engage
Collaborate with team members and leadership to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and campaign information
Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
