Job Description Job Description What you'll actually be doing:
Install sauna and steam room systems, equipment, and custom-built components
Work from drawings and plans to execute detailed installs
Assemble, position, and secure mechanical/electrical components
Coordinate with Project managers and other trades on-site
Troubleshoot install issues and adjust in real time
Ensure clean, high-quality finishes
Maintain job site organization and safety
Document all work done with pictures and report daily
What we're looking for:
3+ years of installation, construction, or mechanical experience
Experience with custom builds / detailed installs (preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude (tools, systems, troubleshooting)
Ability to read plans and execute without constant oversight
Comfortable working in client-facing, high-end environments
Valid driver's license preferred
Open to travel within the USA to job sites.
Ideal background:
Spa / pool / HVAC / plumbing / electrical installs
Custom fabrication or finish carpentry
Field technician or mechanical installation work
