Fenwick & West seeks junior and mid-level associates for its high-tech and life sciences patent litigation practices across its New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, and Seattle offices.
Ideal candidates have one to six years of patent litigation experience, with superior academic credentials and strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Bar admission in the candidate's state, or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam, is required.
