Job description
YMP Real Estate Management, LLC. is seeking a Junior Portfolio Manager to support a portfolio of conventional and workforce housing communities. You will work with on-site Property Managers and Jr.
Portfolio Managers to ensure proper operations and adherence to company policies across multiple properties. The role requires regular audits, timely financial reporting, and collaboration with Sr. Portfolio Manager and ownership groups.
