Overview
NON-PUBLISHED – Our client, a highly-regarded, full-service, Chicago-based law firm, seeks a junior real estate associate to join its Chambers & Partners ranked Real Estate practice group. This highly successful practice group handles complex real estate transactions for a diverse and sophisticated client base that includes REITs, local and national corporations, partnerships, entrepreneurs, financial institutions, builders, management companies, operators, developers and individuals with significant real estate holdings.
Requirements
Excellent academic credentials.
1-3 years of experience in development and planning, asset management, financing/lending, leasing, real estate investment trusts, and construction and engineering.
IL Bar License or waiver eligibility.
The firm offers both counsel and partnership tracks for this position, each with very reasonable billing expectations and excellent benefits.
