Our client, a growing professional services organization, is seeking a Junior Legal Recruiter to support recruitment efforts for legal and corporate professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career recruiting professional looking to develop expertise in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
What You'll Do
Manage recruitment processes from sourcing through onboarding
Identify and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
Track candidate activity and hiring progress within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Support offer preparation, onboarding, and hiring documentation
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and hiring information
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or recruiting coordination experience
Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts
Familiarity with recruiting legal, professional services, or specialized talent preferred
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems
Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook and Teams
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a professional services environment
Strong scheduling and interview coordination experience
Ability to build relationships with candidates and business leaders
High attention to detail and professionalism
