Job description
Full-time · 100% remote (US) · Start: as soon as possible
Just graduated and ready to take your first step into sales? Xiting could be the place where your career begins.
Since 2008, our experts have helped more than 650 customers secure their SAP systems, from authorizations and IAM to GRC and security monitoring. As an SAP Silver Partner with 6 locations worldwide, we also build our own SAP-certified software for on-premise and cloud.
You'll start with a structured onboarding: step by step, you'll learn the fundamentals of sales and get to know our IT products inside out. Along the way, you'll pick up global sales approaches and put them to work in the US market.
You're curious, motivated and ready to make your mark in the US market? Then let's talk.
What you'll take on:
You start by learning: our products, customers and how we sell, with hands-on training from our international team. Step by step, you take on your own accounts and deals.
Get to know the SAP security market, our software and our services inside out
Shadow and support our colleagues in customer calls, demos and negotiations
Prospect and qualify new leads together with our marketing team
Build your first customer relationships and, over time, your own book of business
Own the sales cycle end to end: proposals, negotiations, follow-ups and closing
Prepare and deliver product presentations, and join events such as trade shows, webinars and workshops
Act as the link between customers and our consulting, product and marketing teams
What you bring:
A recent (or soon-to-be-completed) bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing or a related field, ideally with sales coursework
A real hunger to start your career in B2B sales, and curiosity about software and technology
Self-motivation and discipline to thrive in a fully remote team
Good communication skills and the confidence to speak with customers, the polish comes with practice
An eagerness to learn fast, ask questions and take feedback
Excellent English, written and spoken
Authorization to work in the US and the flexibility to travel to events and customer meetings several times a year
Nice to have:
Spanish language skills (not a requirement)
Sales internship or working-student role at an IT or software company
