Role Overview
Help improve AI performance on real-world software engineering tasks by evaluating generated code, creating rigorous coding challenges, and providing technical feedback on model reasoning.
Key Responsibilities
Assess AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and design.
Create challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases.
Review model reasoning related to software architecture, debugging, and system design.
Provide detailed written technical feedback to improve model performance.
Qualifications
At least one year of software engineering experience at a top technology company, with at least part of this experience within the past 3 years.
Strong skills in system design, code review, debugging, algorithms, data structures, and software architecture.
Ability to explain technical decisions clearly in writing.
Based in an English-speaking country.
Work Terms
Remote contractor engagement.
Compensation
$150 to $200 per hour.
