About the Role
The Junior Talent Manager is responsible for managing a smaller, focused creator roster while learning the full scope of talent management at Sparkle. This role is expected to handle both the strategic and operational sides of creator management directly, building an expertise across both client-facing strategy and day-to-day campaign execution.
What You'll Do
Creator Management & Strategy
Own the full relationship with each assigned creator
Guide content direction to ensure relevance, differentiation, and consistency
Identify opportunities for creators to stand out within their category
Scouting & Signing
Source and evaluate new creator talent aligned with Sparkle's standards and niches
Build part of your assigned roster autonomously through proactive scouting
Brand Deals & Revenue
Manage and negotiate inbound brand opportunities
Lead outbound outreach strategy and set priorities
Campaign Execution & Tracking
Take ownership of campaigns from the pre-content creation phase onward
Manage timelines, deliverables, posting dates, and approvals directly
Accountability & Communication
Handle operational follow-ups with creators and brands directly
Send reminders related to deadlines, content, and posting requirements
What We're Looking For
1-2 Years Proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a similar relationship-driven commercial role
Strong negotiation skills with the foundation to close brand partnerships
Confident decision-maker who can balance creator interests with commercial outcomes
Highly organized with the ability to manage both strategic and operational responsibilities simultaneously
Clear, professional communicator with both creators and brand partners
Self-driven and proactive, comfortable working autonomously while operating within a structured team environment
This position is FULL TIME AND FULL REMOTE (US Based Only)
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000
