Job description
Join a 24-hour hospitality team in Princeville, HI and play a key role in shaping the candidate experience across the property. This onsite Junior Talent Recruiter position supports hiring that reflects 1 Hotels Vision and Brand Pillars , while helping build a strong, diverse talent pipeline through the full recruitment lifecycle. Salary range: USD 75,000 to 85,000 per year .
What you’ll do
Lead and manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle for the property
Partner closely with department leaders to anticipate staffing needs and plan hiring priorities
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process
Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of talent aligned with the 1 Hotels Vision and Brand Pillars
What you bring
1–3 years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience (minimum 1 year), preferably within hospitality, luxury service, or high-volume environments
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Experience recruiting hourly and leadership roles (preferred)
Experience with an HRIS and recruitment analytics
Strong understanding of employment laws and fair hiring practices
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
Proven ability to build relationships with leaders, candidates, and external partners
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
Flexible schedule to support a 24-hour hospitality operation , including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Tools you’ll use
You’ll work with HRIS , recruitment analytics , Microsoft Office , and recruitment platforms to support efficient, data-informed hiring.
