About The Role
We're looking for a motivated Junior Talent Solutions Associate to join our team. In this entry-level role, you'll support the full recruiting lifecycle — sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates — while helping build and maintain relationships with client companies looking to fill open positions. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to both recruiting and client-facing work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for open roles across multiple client accounts
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
Assist in matching qualified candidates with client needs and job requirements
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand hiring needs
Support outreach efforts to attract new candidates and expand talent pipelines
Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Assist senior team members with client meetings, job postings, and market research
Qualifications
Associates/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking and managing competing priorities
Interest in recruiting, staffing, HR, or client relationship management
Prior internship or entry-level experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service is a plus
