Junior- to Mid-Level Tax Associate$240,000 - $260,000 + Benefits (Pay may vary depending on experience) (2-5 years of experience)We are seeking a Junior- to Mid-Level Tax Associate to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.Responsibilities:Represent clients in court or before government agenciesPrepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clientsAdvise clients on business and legal transactionsNegotiate settlements for legal disputesComply with all legal standards and regulationsPerform administrative and management functions related to the practice of lawQualifications:Previous experience in lawFamiliarity with various legal documentsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEmail resumes to
