Job description
Florida Power & Light Company is seeking an entry-level Associate Workforce Planning Consultant to support day-to-day administration, data accuracy, and process documentation for the external workforce program.
You will handle request tracking, onboarding/offboarding, SAP Fieldglass updates, and routine data reviews while coordinating with hiring managers and internal partners. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.
