Job description
State of Washington is seeking a Juvenile Rehabilitation Officer 3 to supervise and mentor Juvenile Officer staff at Harbor Heights facility in Aberdeen. You will oversee safety, security, counts, and crisis response, developing in-training plans for JRO1s and guiding residents and staff toward structured routines.
The role requires two years of related experience or one year as a JRO2/JRSO1, with strong de-escalation, leadership, and communication skills.
