Job description
As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year in the Education, Training & E-Learning department, you’ll serve full-time in a partner public school, providing small-group and one-on-one tutoring in core subjects, supporting classroom instruction, and mentoring students to build their social-emotional skills. You will track student progress, collaborate closely with teachers and your AmeriCorps team, and help lead after-school and enrichment activities. City Year offers ongoing training, leadership development, and a collaborative, inclusive culture focused on social justice and student success.
