Job description
As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will serve in public school classrooms to provide individualized and small-group academic support, focusing on core subjects and homework help. You will build positive relationships with students, offering mentorship that promotes social-emotional growth, attendance, and engagement. Working on a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll collaborate with teachers, track student progress, and participate in school-wide initiatives.
