Job description
As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will serve full-time in a partner public school, providing small-group and one-on-one academic support, homework help, and mentoring to students. You will reinforce classroom instruction, track student progress, and collaborate closely with teachers and school staff. In this role, you’ll also lead enrichment activities, support social-emotional learning, and help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
