Job description
As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll work in partner public schools to provide targeted academic support, mentoring, and encouragement to students. In collaboration with teachers and a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll deliver small-group and one-on-one tutoring in core subjects, reinforce classroom instruction, and monitor student progress. You’ll also help lead enrichment activities, support a positive school climate, and serve as a role model.
