Job description
As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in a partner public school, providing academic support, small-group tutoring, and near-peer mentoring to students. Working with a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll help improve attendance, reinforce classroom instruction, and foster students’ social-emotional skills. You will collaborate with teachers, track student progress, and participate in ongoing training and professional development. This role is ideal for individuals committed to education, social justice, and personal growth in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
