Job description
As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will work full-time in a partner school to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth. You’ll provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring, monitor student progress, and reinforce classroom instruction in core subjects. As part of a diverse AmeriCorps team, you will build positive relationships with students, collaborate with teachers, and help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment. City Year offers training, coaching, and leadership development to support your professional growth while you make a direct impact in education.
