As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve in public schools to provide individualized and small-group academic support, focusing on literacy, math, and coursework completion. You will build strong, positive relationships with students, serve as a consistent role model, and help foster social-emotional growth. Working on a diverse school-based team, you’ll collaborate with teachers, track student progress, and participate in after-school programming.
