Job description
As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in a public school, providing small-group and one-on-one academic support, mentoring, and social-emotional coaching to students. You’ll track student progress, assist teachers in the classroom, and lead enrichment and after-school activities. Working on a diverse team of AmeriCorps members, you’ll promote attendance, build positive relationships, and help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment while developing your own leadership and professional skills.
