Job description
As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in a partner public school, providing small-group and one-on-one tutoring in core subjects, supporting classroom instruction, and tracking students’ progress. You’ll build positive relationships, coach social-emotional skills, and help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment. Working on a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll receive training, coaching, and professional development while making a meaningful impact on students’ academic success and personal growth.
