Job description
As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will serve full-time in a public school, providing individualized and small-group tutoring in core subjects, supporting classroom instruction, and helping track student progress. You will build strong relationships, coach students in social-emotional skills, and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment. Working on a diverse team of AmeriCorps members, you’ll receive ongoing training, professional development, and leadership opportunities while making a measurable impact on students’ academic success and personal growth.
