Job description
Portland Public Schools is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate II to support high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles and central offices in Portland. You will partner with district teams, coordinate key hiring steps, and build candidate pipelines aligned with equity initiatives.
You will serve as a recruiting professional handling routine to complex duties with minimal supervision, covering school-based ops and central office openings. Evening and weekend events may be required.
