Job description
Highlander Charter School in Providence, Rhode Island seeks a Dean of Culture and Climate to lead K-8 cultural initiatives, oversee student behavior, and coordinate MTSS. Reporting to the Elementary School Principal, the Dean will support the middle school hub, guide restorative practices, and partner with families to foster a safe, inclusive learning environment.
