Job description
Child & Family Service in Kauai is seeking a Part-Time Specialist I N for the TANF program in Lihue. You will provide short-term outreach and home visiting services to at-risk families, engaging clients and helping them develop service plans.
The role includes teaching on child development, stress management, parenting, and connecting families with community resources, plus transportation support when needed. Strong communication and flexibility to work evenings or weekends are required.
