This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys physical work, working with tools, and being part of a production team.Job DetailsPosition: Kayak MolderLocation: Fletcher, NC 28732Pay: $21.00/hourSchedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:00 AMJob Type: Full-Time, Direct HireResponsibilitiesAssist with the kayak molding and production processUse power tools and other equipment as neededFollow production instructions and quality standardsInspect work to ensure products meet quality expectationsLift and move materials throughout the production areaMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWork with team members to meet daily production goalsQualificationsExperience using power tools preferredPrevious manufacturing or technical experience a plusComfortable performing hands-on, physical workAbility to lift 50-75 poundsBasic computer skillsStrong work ethic and positive attitudeReliable attendance and ability to work well with a teamHigh school diploma or GED preferred
