Housekeeper OpportunityA warm, professional family is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join their household team. The property is fully staffed and consists of multiple residences, each approximately 2,500 square feet. Two of the homes are occupied full-time. The remaining homes are utilized when extended family members visit or when the family hosts events and gatherings.The household operates in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with clear communication, mutual respect, and a strong emphasis on professionalism. The family is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented housekeeper who takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards while working seamlessly with an established team.The ideal candidate is flexible, adaptable to changing priorities, comfortable around pets, and looking for a long-term opportunity within a stable and respectful household.Start Date: ASAPScheduleSunday – Thursday2:30 PM – 11:00 PMHousekeeping & Household MaintenancePerform daily cleaning and maintenance throughout all residences on the propertyMaintain exceptional cleanliness in bedrooms, bathrooms, offices, kitchens, guest suites, and common living areasComplete deep cleaning projects and seasonal household maintenanceMake beds, change linens, and iron household linensPrepare other homes before arrivals and complete turnovers following departuresMaintain organization throughout all household spacesEnsure all homes consistently meet the family's high housekeeping standardsLaundry & Wardrobe CareHousehold and family laundryIron and press clothing, linens, and beddingProvide proper care for specialty fabrics and delicate garmentsUtilize appropriate washing, drying, steaming, and fabric-care techniquesOrganize closets and wardrobesFormal Service & HospitalityProvide formal food and beverage service during family meals and special eventsSet and clear formal and informal tablesAssist with event setup, service, and breakdownPrepare guest areas before arrivals and maintain presentation throughout gatheringsSupport hosting responsibilities with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detailProvide light pet support when a guest is in residence with their dogsHousehold OperationsMonitor household inventory and suppliesMaintain pantry organization and cleanlinessCheck expiration dates on medications, vitamins, pantry items, and household suppliesAssist with household errands as neededProactively identify maintenance concerns and household needsAssist with event preparation and post-event cleanupProvide additional support during holiday gatherings and special occasionsQualificationsMinimum of 5 years of private household housekeeping experiencePrevious experience working in fully staffed private residences with excellent verifiable referencesStrong laundry, ironing, and garment-care skillsKnowledge of specialty fabrics and luxury household finishesExceptional attention to detailStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to prioritize and adapt to changing responsibilitiesComfortable working around petsTeam-oriented with a positive attitudeProfessional and respectful communication skillsAbility to work independently while also collaborating with household staffComfortable receiving direction while remaining proactiveCooking experience is a plus but not requiredRequirementsFluent English communication skills.Authorized to work in the United States.Experience maintaining luxury private homes with exceptionally high standards.Comfortable working in a uniformed position.Comfortable following established household protocols and chain of command.Physically able to perform all housekeeping duties.Available for occasional schedule flexibility during events and special household needs, including potential travel to another family property if required.Salary and BenefitsCompetitive hourly rate DOEOvertime paid at time-and-a-half100% employer-paid health insurance401(k) with up to a 4% employer match10 days PTOSick daysPaid holidays
