Keg Line Operator - 2nd ShiftOhio City - Cleveland, OH 44113DescriptionEssential Functions and DutiesOperate our keg filler within parameters set by quality control and productionHelp develop, maintain and update standard operating procedures to optimize performance within safety parametersIdentify all kegs being filled with accurate informationOperate CIP (clean-in-place) equipment to ensure cleanliness of machineWarehousing and rotation of product being producedExternal cleaning of incoming cooperageAccurate reporting of production on a daily basisTransport kegs to warehouse on an as-needed basisHelp maintain lean manufacturing practicesGeneral cleanliness of work areaTroubleshoot machinery malfunctionsLight preventative maintenance as needed, including assisting maintenance team as neededAssist on the bottling line as neededQualificationsEducation High school diploma or equivalent preferred Work Experience One year of working experience in a manufacturing setting preferred Required QualificationsAbility to operate in a team environmentBasic math and computer skillsAbility to record accurate dataWillingness to work flexible and extended hours, as needed (including weekends)Must be able to reach, bend, stand, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 poundsTow motor certification
