nJob Summary: This is an unpaid rotation for college students on rotation with Kennebec Anesthesia.
nWhile on observation:
nStudent strictly maintains and safeguards confidential information.
nAdheres to Maine General's work hours, policies and procedures.
nRelates and applies knowledge acquired in the academic setting to his/ her work environment at MaineGeneral.
nDisplays a self-awareness in regard to attitude, values, and behaviors that influences his/her work.
nIs consistent and punctual in the submission of all work assignments to the supervisor and student coordinator.
nDemonstrates understanding of patient centered care and customer service.
nSeeks and accepts feedback on knowledge, skills, and professional development
