Kettering Health is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician to serve as Residency Program Director for the Kettering Health Dayton OB/GYN Residency Program in Dayton, Ohio.
This leadership opportunity combines academic medicine, clinical practice, resident mentorship, and program development within a collaborative, community-based teaching environment. The Program Director will have the opportunity to shape the education of future OB/GYN physicians while working alongside an engaged faculty committed to innovation, teamwork, and high-quality patient care.
Employment: Full-time, hospital-employed leadership position
Location: Kettering Health Dayton
Leadership Role: Program Director, OB/GYN Residency Program
Program Structure: 4-year residency program with 12 approved positions and 3 residents per year
Program Setting: Established community-based teaching program housed directly within Kettering Health Dayton
Education: Oversight of resident education, curriculum development, lectures, evaluations, and scholarly activity
Mentorship: Direct involvement in resident and faculty development
Innovation: Opportunity to advance curriculum and program development
Community: Participation in outreach programs serving underserved populations
