Kettle CoordinatorKettle Coordinator is responsible for performing daily tasks necessary for running the Red Kettle CampaignEssential Functions:Recruiting and signing up volunteer bell ringers & groups and establishing dates, times and locationsContacting via phone or email volunteer bell ringers to schedule ringing timesCall local businesses to sign them up for kettle sponsorshipResponsible for sorting kettle money with volunteers per applicable guidelinesResponsible for transferring money to bank for processing per applicable guidelinesResponsible for entering daily funds into tracking spreadsheet and online SA tracker (to be determined by local Service Rep)Promote bell ringing opportunities in the communityMaintain Kettle Equipment – Keep clean and inspect for damageThank you notes to volunteers and kettle locationsMake copies of checks dropped in kettles and get them to Field RepMinimum Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.Education: N/ACertifications: Valid driver's license with approval to drive from TSA's insurance carrier required.Experience: Dealing with people in a customer service or sales roleThe Salvation Army is an equal opportunity employer.
