Kettle Operator (Food Production)Kettle OperatorPay: $22.50-$23.75 per hour Schedule: Sunday-Thursday Shifts Available: 2nd shift & 3rd Shift 2:30pm-11:00pm & 10:30pm-7amJob Summary The Kettle Operator is responsible for producing high quality sauces using open kettles while closely monitoring ingredients, time, and temperatures to ensure food safety and consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate cooking and production equipment (kettles, ovens, pumps, dishwashers, pan wash)Measure, weigh, and verify ingredients per recipeLoad, monitor, and unload kettles during the cooking processFill containers with finished product and hot stockClean and sanitize equipment and work areasPalletize boxes and move materials using pallet jacksFollow all GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and safety proceduresCommunicate issues or updates to the SupervisorPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredManufacturing or food production experience preferredBilingual Spanish a plusStrong attention to detail, reliability, and teamworkComfortable working in a fast-paced, hot/cold production environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (team lift for heavier items)Work EnvironmentManufacturing plant environmentStanding and walking for most of the shiftExposure to heat, noise, and wet conditionsRequired use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Apply today for immediate consideration!
